STAGE ONE
Introductory Consult
A 45-minute consult, either by phone, video call or in person, to explore your ideas and needs, and kick-start the project with a clear direction. You talk us through the project, we brainstorm and figure out if the project is a good fit for what we can offer. Site visits will incur additional travel fees.
Fee - $120
STAGE TWO
P-E-O Design Profile
Once we have had an initial session and have decided we are a good fit, we deep dive into your unique Person-Environment-Occupation (PEO) Design Profile, where we use our unique Occupational Therapy and Spatial Design skills to analyse your PEO Profile, to gather the information needed to guide well aligned and holistic decisions throughout your project.
You will receive a blueprint document that clearly articulates your needs, wants and desires for the project - an invaluable document to refer to throughout your entire build, to streamline and simplify decision making and ensure all of your chosen professionals understand and align with your goals.
This is the part that will determine whether you end up with many costly revisions down the track, or through good early consideration and planning, starts you off with clarity from the beginning.
Whether you’re downsizing, planning for a family, building for aging parents, or working with professionals (designers, builders, architects), this profile ensures every decision aligns with your needs and priorities.

STAGE THREE
Spatial Review
Using your unique PEO profile, this is where we tailor a review of your current space or plans.
This service is about reviewing any plans or existing concepts against your unique Profile developed in step Two, to identify potential misalignments and problem solve proposed solutions.
This is a set-time service, rather than a traditional back and forth on design. Get actionable recommendations to improve flow, functionality, and overall fit, covering areas like orientation, thermal efficiency, sustainability, budget, concept designs, and finishes.
From here, you can either take these recommendations back to your draftsperson, builder or trades, or we can move to Step Four and continue to work together in an ongoing collaborative capacity to refine your design decisions.
Fee - $550
STAGE FOUR
Ongoing Colaboration
Once stages one to three are complete, as your project continues to evolve, you can book additional time to brainstorm, refine ideas, explore options, make design decisions, or troubleshoot challenges. We’re here to provide continued support throughout your journey, ensuring everything stays on track.
This is where we can engage your draftsperson, builder or trades as needed until either you can move forward confidently on your own, or until the project finishes.
This time is pre-purchasable in blocks of 5 hours, where we track time spent on your project as directed and you can ask for an overview at any time.
We can be there for collaboration the entire process if needed - think of us as the brains trust, the friend who knows you well and whose opinion offers valued insight, someone who never gets tired of talking about what's best for you or your project.
Fee - $90/hour prepaid in 5 hour time blocks

Brainstorming Session
Have a singular decision you’re stuck on and don’t need the full service in Stages One - Four above?
Use this session to give me the brief and we can brainstorm solutions, leaving you confident to move forward.
Perfect for single small room layout challenges (floor plan or furniture),mood setting through colour, finishes or material suggestions.
Includes up to a 1 hour call or meeting and a follow up document with the recommendations we land on. Site visits will incur additional travel fees.
